Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 24 hours to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unopened and in the original packaging. You are required to have the receipt as proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and will notify you accordingly on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund credit will be made within 14 business working days, depending on your card issuer's policies, failing which please bring the matter to our attention. For order cancellation refund, we will refund the amount into your account as store credit.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for any returns. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
