Dana Blu is a semi-soft blue-veined cheese, made from cow’s milk. Produced in Denmark. It has a creamy and crumbly texture and tastes modestly sharp and slightly salty. Dana Blu is a cheese for connoisseurs and goes well with Port and stronger red wines, but also a delicacy as base for your steak sauce.
