Ingredients:
Skimmed Milk, Vegetable Oil (Fully Hydrogenated Palm), Dried Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Emulsifiers (E472b, E475, E435, E471, E433), Stabilisers (E407, E410), Salt, Colour (E160a).
Instructions for Use:
Whip: Whip on medium speed until you achieve the desired consistency.
Caution: Take care not to over-whip, as over-whipping may cause the product to crack when applied to gateaux.
Post-Prep: Keep all whipped products covered and stored in the refrigerator.
Storage & Handling Guidelines:
Unopened: Store refrigerated at all times (ideally between 2°C and 8°C).
Opened: Once opened, keep the container covered, store between 2°C and 8°C, and consume within 3 days.
