Emmi ‘BUY & WIN’ Contest Terms & Conditions
A. Contest Period & Eligibility
1. Emmi ‘BUY & WIN’ Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Pok Brothers Sdn Bhd (the “Organizer”). The Contest will start from 15th February 2025 to 12th April 2025 ("Contest Period").
2. This Contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia ("Participants") who are eighteen (18) years of age or older with a valid MyKad, except for employees of the Organizer, advertising agents, public relations agents and promotional providers of the Organizer, including their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).
3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions of the Contest and/or the Contest Period at any time.
4. Participants are eligible to participate in this Contest with every purchase of Emmi yogurt products worth RM10 and above in a single receipt from any participating store nationwide during this Contest Period ("Proof of Purchase''). The original (printed) receipt indicating the date of purchase from 15th February 2025 to 12th April 2025 must be kept by the Participant for verification purposes (if necessary) and as Proof of Purchase. For purchase via online store, screenshot the order details (must show “Delivered” status) and / or Invoice (from email) with successful transaction made as a valid Proof of Purchase.
5. Participants can enter the Contest through the following steps:
a) Participants must purchase any Emmi yogurt products worth RM10 and above in a single receipt from any participating store nationwide during this Contest Period.
b) Participants must keep ALL original (printed) receipts as Proof of Purchase. Only a valid and dated original (printed) receipt within the Contest Period will be accepted as a qualifying entry (“Qualified Entry”). Each Qualified Entry may only contain one (1) receipt. Receipts cannot be combined in each Qualified Entry.
c) Participants will need to send a clear and full image of the purchase receipt via WhatsApp to 016 423 4316.
6. Incomplete entries, late, tampered receipt or without a valid Proof of Purchase will not be accepted. All entries must be submitted to the Organizer before or by 12 April 2025. Entries will be considered invalid if the Participant sends a 'Disappearing Message' through the WhatsApp application and the receipt image disappears within the time specified by the Participant.
7. Participants may submit more than one (1) entry but each entry must be accompanied by a new Proof of Purchase. Each receipt can be used only One (1) time. Submission of entry will be disqualified if the same receipt is used and/or submitted more than One (1) time. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submission with duplicated Proof of Purchase.
B. Prizes
1. A total of 16 units of prizes are allocated for this Contest.
Contest Prizes:
• 1st Prize: 999.9 Gold Bar 10g x1 winner
• 2nd Prize: 999.9 Gold Bar 0.5g x5 winners
• Consolation Prize: Touch ‘n Go Reload PIN RM30 x10 winners
Note: All images of gifts / prizes displayed in any form of advertisements, advertising promotions and other materials related to this contest are for illustrative purposes only and may vary / differ from the actual gifts / prizes.
2. Each Qualified Entry is considered as one (1) chance in the Contest. Each Participant with valid MyKad can only win up to one (1) contest prize.
3. The winners of the contest prizes will be selected based on the following process:
a) At the end of the Contest Period, the shortlisted prize winners will be selected via a computerized randomizer process (the “Shortlisted Participants”). The Shortlisted Participants will need to answer one question accurately to win the Contest Prize.
b) The Shortlisted Participants will be contacted within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the Contest Period during office hours (Monday – Friday between 9.00 am – 5.00pm) and notified accordingly as the winners of this Contest.
8. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the date of the notification to the winners. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Any expenses at the time of the prize redemption will be the responsibility of the winners.
9. If the Organizer is unable to contact the winner after 3 attempts within 3 days of the notification date, the Organizer reserves the right to select the next eligible participant as the contest winner.
10. If there is a situation where the winner claims that he / she did not receive any notification, the notification posted on the Organizer’s social media page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pokbrothers) will be deemed adequate and sufficient as notification to the winner.
Prizes Terms & Conditions
11. All Participants must comply with the Terms & Conditions issued by the Organizer to be eligible for any prize.
12. All prizes are given "as is" and cannot be exchanged for credit, cash, other goods or voucher, in part or in whole.
13. Any expenses for participation in this Contest and/or redemption of prizes (if required) is the responsibility of the Participant.
14. Notwithstanding any of the above, upon receipt of an entry, as the case may be, the Organiser shall reserve the right to request for further evidence in the processing of the entry including the original Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) and the identification documents for verification prior to the delivery of the prizes. Failure to produce any of the foregoing documents within the stipulated time frame will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prizes.
C. Rights of the Organizer
1. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Organiser is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organiser.
2. By participating in this Contest, Participants give permission to the Organiser and/or any third-party agents elected by Organiser ("Agency") to process the Participants' personal data, which is provided through the Contest’s entries for redemption purposes.
3. Each Participant agrees to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Each Participant, who has indicated in their entry that he/she agrees to being contacted by the Organiser and/or the Agency for promotional, marketing and/or publicity purposes, agrees that the Organiser may, for a reasonable period of time, unless advised otherwise, use such information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making telephone calls to Participants.
4. Values of prizes are accurate at the time of printing. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.
5. Prize(s) which are lost or damaged during the delivery process are not replaceable and the Organiser does not have any obligations to replace or fulfill these lost or damaged prizes.
6. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the submission process, or the operation of the Contest whether by fraud, cheating or deception, and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Contest.
7. The Organiser will not assume responsibility or liability for any Prize / product / voucher / e-voucher and expressly excludes and rejects any statement, warranty or endorsement, implied or written, written or oral, regarding the Prizes / product / voucher / e-voucher offered under this Contest, including but not limited to guarantees of quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, health and safety.
8. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, loss, claim, or accident [including loss of life] resulting from participation in the Contest and/or use of their prizes.
9. If this Contest is interrupted in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably expected for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, then the Organiser reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to change the terms and conditions of this Contest, postpone, terminate or cancel the Contest, if required, without prior notice.
10. The Organiser excludes its responsibilities and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes or modification to the Prizes due to any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control such as governmental interference, civil commotion, riot, war, strikes, act of terrorism (including but not limited to any act of violence, hostility, national emergency, occurrence of any epidemic/pandemic outbreaks) and for any act or default by any third-party suppliers or vendors.
11. Each Participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of the Organiser, its holding, subsidiary or related companies as defined in the Companies Act 2016, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives against any and all losses, rights, claims, actions and damages (including special, indirect and consequential damages) arising from or incurred as a result of the Participant’s participation in the Contest, acceptance of any Prize, and/or the use of the Participant’s entry and/or likeness in connection with the Contest or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
D. Data Privacy Notice

Dear Participants,
Please note the Organiser requires your personal information in order to process your participation in the Contest, without which we will not be able to process your entry.
Participant agrees that the personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void.
The personal data collected from Participants will be used for this Contest to process entries in the Contest and the redemption of prizes.
Participants, who have indicated in their entry that he/she agrees to being contacted by the Organiser and/or the Agency for promotional, marketing and/or publicity purposes, agree that the Organiser may, for a reasonable period of time, unless advised otherwise, use such information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making telephone calls to Participants.
Participants agree that:
(a) Individual's personal data will be disclosed to an elected Agency for processing; and
(b) Individual’s personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organizer.
To the extent that the applicable law allows, you have the right to request for access to, request for a copy of, request to update or correct, your personal information held by us.

Sila ambil perhatian bahawa Penganjur memerlukan maklumat peribadi anda untuk memproses penyertaan anda dalam Kempenini , tanpanya kami tidak akan dapat memproses penyertaan anda.
Peserta bersetuju bahawa data peribadi yang diberikan adalah wajib dan semua penyertaan yang tidak lengkap akan menyebabkan penyertaan tidak sah.
Data peribadi yang dikumpul daripada Peserta akan digunakan untuk memproses penyertaan dalam Kempen ini dan proses penebusan hadiah.

(b) Data peribadi individu akan disahkan selepas mengesahkan pemenang dan jika terdapat perubahan pada data peribadi, Individu tersebut dikehendaki mengemas kini Penganjur.
Setakat yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang yang terpakai, anda mempunyai hak untuk meminta akses kepada, meminta salinan, meminta untuk mengemas kini atau membetulkan maklumat peribadi anda yang disimpan.
