What is the Pok Brothers Loyalty Program?
Pok Brothers loyalty Program is a membership that allows you to accumulate points for your purchases. You will be entitled to accumulate points for rewards, that are redeemable based on reward tiers. You will also be entitled to welcome, Birthday and other communication offers.
How do I join as a Pok Brothers Loyalty Program member?
You are entitled to join the program when you purchase with Pok Brothers. For every RM1 you spend, you will be entitled to 1 reward point. All you need to do is agree to the Pok Brothers Loyalty Program terms and conditions upon registration.
How do I earn points with Pok Brothers Loyalty Program?
You will earn points with every purchase made with Pok Brothers online store.
For Silver Tier - For every RM1 spent, you will be entitled to 1 reward point. RM 1 = 1 Point
For Gold Tier - For every RM1 spent, you will be entitled to 2 reward points. RM 1 = 2 Point
For Platinum Tier - For every RM1 spent, you will be entitled to 2 reward points. RM 1 = 2 Point
How do I know which membership tier I am entitled to?
Silver – For accumulated purchases of RM250 above within 6 months period
Gold – For accumulated purchase of RM1501 above within 6 months period
Platinum – For accumulated purchase of RM2401 above within 6 months period
When will my Pok Brothers Loyalty Program points expire?
Your Pok Brothers Loyalty Program points accumulated with 6 months expiration. You must redeem your available points before the end of the reward redemption period, or the available points will expire.
Can my Pok Brothers Loyalty Program extend?
Yes, you may get 3 months extension of your membership by spending a set amount.
Silver – RM500 accumulated order during the last 3 months of your expiration
Gold – RM600 accumulated order during the last 3 months of your expiration
Platinum - RM800 accumulated order during the last 3 months of your expiration
Can I exchange my points for products outside of the rewards program?
Your Pok Brothers Loyalty Program points are only entitled in exchange for a discount order reward. If rewards are unavailable, it would be at the brand's discretion to provide an alternative with similar value. Points are not eligible for cash or product exchanges.
When will I get to redeem my Pok Brothers Loyalty Program rewards?
Redemption can be used to deduct your order amount during the membership period.

How do I know I am entitled Free Shipping voucher?
Free Shipping Voucher entitled for Gold & Platinum membership tiers, for Gold members will get up to RM5 off and platinum members will get up to RM10 off on shipping fees. A free Shipping voucher will be available on your account page under the reward tab.
How do I get a New register voucher?
New member registration vouchers will be emailed to you after you verified your account.
How do I know any new product offers for members?
You will receive either an SMS notification or a voucher on your reward page for any product offered to members.
